Terms of agreement

1. A 50% retaining fee is required in order to secure your date/order. This retaining fee is non-refundable.

2. Payment can be made by cash or e-transfer to bluewhiskbakes@gmail.com

3. Full payment is required 1 day prior to delivery date.

4. Change in design or additions must be made 14 days prior to the delivery/pick-up date (changes could affect cost of cake).

5. Blue Whisk Bakes has full permission to use their creative judgement on the final design of the cake/cookies.

6. A full refund (minus the retainer) will be provided in the event that the order is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event

7. A refund of 50% (minus the retainer fee) will be provided in the event that the order is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the event

Disclaimers

• All baked goods are baked in a fully licensed and inspected home kitchen

• All baked goods may have come into contact with eggs, wheat, dairy, nuts and other allergens. If ordering gluten “friendly” items, I cannot guarantee that the ingredients have not come into contact with gluten products. *Customer is responsible for disclosing any allergen before ordering**

• Once your order leaves Blue Whisk Bakes, it is no longer our liability

• Blue Whisk Bakes is not responsible for any damages to the cake, cookies or baked goods once it leaves Blue Whisk Bakes or once delivery have been completed.

 

Your payment is signature and agreement to the terms set above. Quote is valid for 7 days (without 50% retainer).
